小儿消积止咳口服液在小儿咳嗽治疗中的效果观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：探討小儿消积止咳口服液在小儿咳嗽治疗中的临床效果。方法：以我院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的112例咳嗽患儿为研究对象，将患儿根据随机抽签原则分为对照组和研究组两组，各56例，对照组患儿接受常规西药治疗，研究组患儿在对照组的基础上口服小儿消积止咳口服液治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床症状及体征消失时间。结果：研究组患儿治疗总有效率为94.64%(53/56)，对照组患儿治疗总有效率为80.36%(45/56)，差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患儿咳嗽、咯痰、喘息、肺部啰音、纳差、便秘的消失时间较对照组更短，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：小儿消积止咳口服液可有效缓解患儿的临床症状及体征，疗效确切，对促进咳嗽患儿病情康复具有积极意义。

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of xiaoji Zhike oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric cough. Methods： from April 2018 to April 2020， 112 cases of children with coughas the research object， according to the principle of random draw children can be divided into two groups： control group and research group all 56 cases， control group with conventional western medicine treatment， children with the team in the control group on the basis of oral children cough oral liquid treatment， compared two groups of children with total effective treatment， clinical symptoms and signs disappeared time. Results： The total effective rate was 94.64% (53/56) in the study group and 80.36% (45/56) in the control group， with significant difference (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of cough， phlegm， wheeze， lung rhonchus， poor appetite and constipation was shorter in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion： Xiaoji Zhike oral liquid can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of children with cough， with definite curative effect， and has positive significance for promoting the rehabilitation of children with cough., 百拇医药(安晓武 王晓玲)
