【摘 要】目的：对比常规护理模式与针对性护理模式对尿毒症患者的生活质量的影响;方法：选择120例患者作为研究对象，分别给予常规护理干预与针对性护理，对比生活质量评分;结果：进行针对性护理干预的患者各项生活质量指标均高于常规护理患者;结论：针对性护理模式对尿毒症患者的生活质量有积极影响，值得在临床广泛推广。
