    动态血糖监测在预防2型糖尿病患者低血糖的临床应用及护理

    [摘要]目的 分析动态血糖监测在预防2型糖尿病患者低血糖的临床应用及护理。方法 在治疗后,对48例确诊2型糖尿病患者动态血糖监测的临床应用和护理进行回顾性分析。结果 在该组患者当中有18例患者检测出低血糖,占37.50%,其中无症状低血糖出现最多的时段为22:00—8:00。结论 动态血糖监测能够对患者的无感知低血糖进行准确有效的检测,在针对个性化治疗方案及护理方式进行制定时可以作为重要依据,对低血糖发生率进行控制,使患者的生活质量得以明显提升。

    Clinical Application and Nursing of Continuous Glucose Monitoring in the Prevention of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

    [Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical application and nursing of continuous glucose monitoring in the prevention of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical application and nursing of continuous glucose monitoring in 48 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after treatment. Results Of the patients in this group, 18 cases were found with hypoglycemia, accounted for 37.50%, and the asymptomatic hypoglycemia appeared mostly in the period from 22:00 to 8:00. Conclusion Continuous glucose monitoring can accurately and effectively detect the hypoglycemia unperceived by the patients, which can be an important basis for formulating the personalized treatment regimen and nursing mode in order to control the incidence of hypoglycemia and improve the quality of life of the patients significantly. ......
