    糖尿病患者行静脉血与末梢血血糖检测的应用效果探析

    [摘要]目的 分析探讨糖尿病患者行静脉血与末梢血血糖检测的应用效果。方法 从该院自2013年10月—2014年10月期间所收治的糖尿病患者当中选取80例为研究对象。结果 空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的静脉血糖检查结果和末梢血糖检查结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 静脉血检查与末梢血血糖检查均适用于糖尿病患者的血糖监测,值得临床推广使用。

    Analysis of the Application Effect of Venous Blood and Peripheral Blood Glucose Monitoring in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

    [Abstract]Objective To analyze and investigate the application effect of venous blood and peripheral blood glucose monitoring in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 80 cases with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the level of fasting blood glucose between venous blood and peripheral blood(P>0.05). And no statistically significant difference was found in the level of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between venous blood and peripheral blood(P>0.05). Conclusion Both venous blood and peripheral blood glucose monitoring can be applied to the blood glucose monitoring for patients with diabetes mellitus, and are worthy of clinical use and promotion. ......
