    妊娠合并糖尿病患者临床治疗分析

    [摘要]目的 分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取该院2013年2月—2014年2月间收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者51例,给予饮食、运动、药物、降糖治疗,并与正常产妇进行对照,分析两组妊娠结局与并发症。结果 研究组产妇并发症显著多于对照组,两组妊娠结局与并发症差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加强妊娠合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗能够显著控制血糖,改善妊娠质量与母婴结局,安全有效,值得推广。

    [Abstract]Objective to analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes. Methods select 51 patients with pregnancy associated with diabetes in our hospital from 2013 February -- 2014 February between cases, diet, exercise, given drugs, hypoglycemic therapy, and compared with normal pregnant women, pregnancy outcome and complications of the two group analysis.
