    综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响效果分析

    [摘要]目的 分析综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响效果。方法 回顾性分析该院2010年12月—2014年12月收治的64例妊娠期糖尿病患者临床资料,并将其设为研究组,另选取同时期64例正常妊娠期孕妇作为对照组,研究组给予综合治疗,观察治疗前后血糖水平变化情况,并比较两组分娩方式与围生儿结局。结果 研究组治疗后血糖各指标水平较治疗前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合治疗应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者,可有效降低血糖水平,改善妊娠结果,且减少围生儿并发症的发生。

    [Abstract]Objective To analysis the comprehensive treatment of gestational diabetes mellituson outcome of pregnancy effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 December -2014 year in December admitted 64 cases of gestational diabetes in patients with clinical data, and set it as the study group, and another 64 cases of normal pregnancy the same period pregnant women as control group, the patients in study group received comprehensive treatment, blood glucose level changes were observed before and after treatment, and compared between the two groups the mode of delivery and perinatal outcome.
