    2型糖尿病患者综合护理干预临床效果分析

    [摘要]目的 探讨与分析综合护理干预应用在2型糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法 将129例2型糖尿病者,随机分为观察组(65例)和对照组(64例)。两组全部患者采用药物治疗的方法相同,对照组患者仅给予单纯地用药指导,观察组则在此基础上,采用综合护理的干预。对较全部患者干预前后血糖控制的情况与生活的质量。结果 经过1个月护理,两组患者的血糖水平均较治疗前有明显的下降,观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和睡前血糖分别为(6.1±1.3)、(7.6±2.2)和(7.3±2.0)mmol/L,明显低于对照组患者。该两组上述指标对比,存在着明显的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义；此外,观察组患者的生活质量评分为(93.2±1.9)分,明显高于对照组患者(72.8±2.0),该两组患者的生活质量评分对比,亦存在着明显的差异(t=6.047,P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论 采用综合护理干预可以帮助2型糖尿病患者较好地控制血糖,提高糖尿病患者生活的质量。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate and analyze the application of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 129 cases of type 2 diabetes, randomly divided into observation group (65 cases) and control group (64 cases).
