    社区护理应用在糖尿病患者中的效果

    [摘要]目的 分析对糖尿病患者实施社区护理的临床效果。方法 选取2011年3月—2013年3月于该社区医院就诊的糖尿病患者94例,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施社区护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者的糖尿病知识了解率、治疗依从性、自我管理能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 社区护理能增加患者的健康生活知识,有效提高患者的治疗依从性和自我管理能力,提高其血糖控制水平和生活质量,值得临床大力推广。
