    护理干预对治疗老年人糖尿病的影响

    [摘要]目的 研究护理干预对治疗老年人糖尿病的影响。方法 选择该院老年糖尿病患者126例随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理,干预组实施全面护理干预。对比两组患者护理前后的血糖控制效果。结果 干预组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予老年糖尿病患者实施护理干预,可以有效控制血糖及并发症,改善患者生活质量,提高治疗效果。
