    骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理干预的作用与效果探讨

    [摘要]目的 探讨护理干预在骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期的的作用。方法 对2011年5月—2014年12月收治的32例骨折合并糖尿病的手术患者通过入院评估，从术前、术后控制血糖，饮食指导，术后严密观察病情，预防并发症，患肢功能锻炼等方面进行护理干预，并观察研究结果做好记录。结果 患者入院时血糖为9.0-17.2mmol/l,术后血糖为6.3-9.2mmol/l，围手术期未发生糖尿病酮症酸中毒及低血糖昏迷、褥疮、心脏病等并发症，至病人出院，切口Ⅰ期愈合31例，1例发生切口感染，手术切口感染率3.13%。经抗炎治疗后Ⅱ期愈合。结论 骨折合并糖尿病使病情更加复杂，护士应及时了解手术患者的特点，深入浅出地向患者讲解有关疾病和护理知识，提供有关治疗信息，切实有效的护理干预措施，能明显减轻患者手术前后的心理压力，对促进康复，减少术后并发症。

    [Aabstract]Objective orthopaedic patients diabetes illness hide, easy misdiagnosis, serious complications and postoperative prone to infection, the characteristics of this study is to explore the nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus perioperative fracture. Methods from May 2011 to December 2014 were 32 cases of fracture of the surgical patients with diabetes mellitus by hospital evaluation, the preoperative and postoperative blood glucose control, diet instruction, postoperative close observation, prevention of complications, such as limb functional exercise for nursing intervention, and observe the results recorded.Results the patients on admission blood glucose 9.0 17.2 tendency for l, postoperative blood glucose 6.3 9.2 tendency for l, perioperative not diabetic ketoacidosis and hypoglycemic coma, bedsore, complications such as heart disease, and the patient discharged from hospital, 31 cases of Ⅰ healing of incision, 1 case of incision infection, surgical incision infection rate was 3.13%. After treatment with anti-inflammatory Ⅱ healing.Conclusion make the illness more complex fractures of diabetes mellitus, the nurse should understand the characteristics of the surgical patients in time, explaining to patients on the disease and nursing knowledge, provide information on treatment, practical and effective nursing intervention measures, can significantly reduce the psychological pressure before and after surgery in patients with, to promote recovery, reduce the postoperative complications. ......
