[摘要] 目的 探讨局部应用消炎痛辅助治疗2型糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床效果。方法 选取2011年6月—2015年6月该院口腔科收治的2型糖尿病牙周炎患者62例，随机分成对照组(非用药)和观察组(局部应用消炎痛)各31例，比较两组患者的GI、SBI、PD和AL。结果 观察组治疗后GI(0.42±0.26)%、SBI(1.31±0.33)%、PD(3.14±0.31)mm、AL(3.22±0.52)mm均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 局部应用消炎痛辅助治疗2型糖尿病患者牙周炎的临床效果满意，值得在临床上推广应用。
