[摘要] 目的 探讨血糖和糖化血红蛋白检测在2型糖尿病诊断中的价值。方法 对2015年1月—2016年1月在该院进行FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c测定的135例2型糖尿病患者及110名健康者对比，分析检测结果。结果 糖尿病组FPG(10.20±1.32)mmol/L、2 hPG(17.65±3.07)mmol/L、HbA1c(9.32±0.47)明显高于健康组(P<0.05)；2 hPG、HbA1c确诊率明显高于FPG(P<0.05)。结论 血糖和HbA1c是诊断2型糖尿病的重要指标，具有重要的临床价值。
