[摘要] 目的 分析老年2型糖尿病(DM)患者应用综合性护理干预治疗效果及依从性影响。方法 资料选择2015年3月—2016年3月于该院治疗的104例老年2型DM患者资料，根据护理方式设对照组(47例)与研究组(57例)，前者予常规护理，后者予综合性护理，观察两组血糖控制及治疗依从性。结果 研究组HbA1c、2hPG及FBG水平低于对照组；研究组治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对老年2型DM患者应用综合护理干预可控制血糖水平，提高治疗依从性。
