[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者的血液滤过治疗措施。方法 回顾分析该院2013年9月—2015年9月之间收治的20例糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者血液滤过的治疗方式。结果 该组收治的20例糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者经血液滤过治疗后，显效者8例，有效者10例，无效者2例，总有效率为90.00%。 结论 对糖尿病乳酸酸中毒患者行血液滤过治疗，可得到满意疗效。
