[摘要] 糖尿病已经成为严重威胁我国居民健康和生命的最重要慢性非传染性疾病，也是我国面临的重大公共卫生问题之一。目前，我国糖尿病的患病率仍处于持续上升阶段，糖尿病所造成的医疗负担和经济负担日益加重，而早期预防和有效干预是防治糖尿病的重点。该文将对糖尿病高危人群早期筛查现况进行分析，为糖尿病高危人群的早期筛查工作提供参考。
