[摘要] 目的 针对老年糖尿病患者骨折手术前后的护理观察展开讨论，为日后的临床护理提供参考与指导。 方法 将该院收治的老年糖尿病骨折患者作为研究对象，所有患者入选时间为2012年3月—2015年3月，患者总计86例。应用随机数字表法，将86例患者随机划分为两组，观察组与对照组。 结果 观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组明显，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者并发症少于对照组明显，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 通过对老年糖尿病患者的骨折手术，有效开展术前护理、术后护理，能够将患者骨折手术疗效提升，加强护患关系和谐，减少各类不良因素作用。建议在今后护理中推广应用。
