[摘要] 目的 探讨C反应蛋白相比尿常规检验在小儿糖尿病合并急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法 选取2013年10月—2015年10月在长春市儿童医院检验科进行检测的糖尿病合并急性阑尾炎患儿213例，所有患儿均给予2种检测方法，以手术结果为准，比较C反应蛋白和尿常规的检出率。结果 C反应蛋白检出率为96.7%，尿常规检出率为83.6%(P<0.05)。C反应蛋白对急性单纯性阑尾炎的检出率优于尿常规(P<0.05)；C反应蛋白对急性化脓性阑尾炎的检出率与尿常规相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 C反应蛋白在糖尿病合并急性阑尾炎的检出率上更具有优势。
