[摘要] 目的 探讨老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的护理体会。方法 选取该院2013年9月—2016年9月收治的老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者患者80例，分析这些患者护理前后的神经功能评分，以欧洲卒中量表(ESS)为评分的标准，以及空腹状态下血糖的差异对比。 结果 通过研究发现80例患者在接受了护理之后，病情有了明显的改善，神经功能评分以及空腹血糖的指标有了明显的差异。结论 对老年糖尿病合并脑梗死患者进行针对性的护理，使得患者的病情更有利于控制，显著的提高了患者的生活质量，值得在以后的护理中应用。
