[摘要] 目的 观察糖尿病饮食指导卡应用于糖尿病患者饮食指导的效果。方法 以100例糖尿病患者为对象，随机分组，对照组常规指导，观察组加用饮食指导卡护理。结果 观察组的空腹血糖与餐后2 h的血糖水平、护理满意度等指标数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病饮食指导卡应用于糖尿病患者饮食指导效果显著，适于推广。
