[摘要] 目的 探讨四肢骨折合并糖尿病的手术治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析该院2016年1—3月收治的20例四肢骨折患者的临床资料，对患者临床治疗情况及并发症改善情况进行分析。 结果 经治疗后患者血糖均得到有效控制，患者血糖得到有效控制，并发症较少。结论 开展四肢骨折合并糖尿病手术前，必须控制好患者血糖，然后结合患者情况选择合理的手术，提高患者生命质量。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the surgical treatment of limb fractures with diabetes mellitus.
