[摘要] 目的 探讨超声心动图在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇胎儿心脏结构及功能评估中应用。 方法 选择2014年1月—2016年12月在该院接受治疗的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿患者共32例作为观察组，同时选择同期健康孕妇胎儿32名作为对照组，对两组成员进行心脏结构以及功能指标检测比较。 结果 两组胎儿在LVDs、LVDd、IVSd指标比较中，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；在RVDs、RVDd、IVSs、LVEF等指標比较中，观察组胎儿数值明显高于对照组，有明显的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用妊娠期糖尿病孕妇胎儿的心脏结构以及功能通常会发生一定的改变，采用彩色多普勒超声诊断能够清晰的诊断出其变化。
