[摘要] 目的 观察老年糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床治疗及其效果。方法 选取28例该院于2015年7月—2016年7月所收治的糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的老年患者，对其临床数据进行回顾性分析，观察其临床治疗效果。结果 所有患者均于I期顺利完成手术，临床治疗有效率达92.86%，术中出血量44～126 mL，平均(86.1±22.3)mL。术后出现低血糖反应者1例，出现室性早搏者1例，经针对性治疗后症状均消失。 结论 对老年糖尿病伴慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行手术治疗可取得良好的临床治疗效果，且安全性高，值得在临床治疗当中进行广泛推广。
