[摘要] 目的 分析中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法 选择该院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的60例糖尿病周围血管病患者，对患者开展常规西医治疗联合黄芪桂枝五味汤治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果 60例患者中，治愈33例，显效15例，有效9例，无效3例，治疗总有效率达95%。结论 西医常规联合中医治疗糖尿病周围血管病变具有良好的临床治疗效果，值得大力推广及应用。
