胃癌合并糖尿病围手术期的护理效果观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 对胃癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理方式和效果进行探讨分析。 方法 2012年2月—2015年2月该院就接收的60例糖尿病合并胃癌患者进行了探讨分析，对患者的临床治疗资料进行回顾，对这些患者进行了数字抽取分组，对照组和实验组均有30例，对照组使用围手术期常规护理，实验组使用围手术期针对性护理，对两组的临床护理情况进行对比分析。 结果 实验组的并发几率是3.33%，有1例并发症病例，对照组的并发症几率是16.67%，有5例并发症病例，两组的并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的住院时间和血糖水平要比对照组低，结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 胃癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理非常重要，能够提升治疗效果，降低并发症几率，临床中应该推广使用。

Analysis of Perioperative Nursing Effect of Gastric Cancer Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate and analyze the perioperative nursing methods and effects of patients with gastric cancer combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients with gastric cancer from February 2012 to February 2015 in this hospital were analyzed， the clinical data of the patients were reviewed， and the patients were grouped by digital extraction into the control group and experimental group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine perioperative nursing， the experimental group adopted targeted perioperative nursing， and clinical nursing condition of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was 3.33% with a case of complications， and that of the control group was 16.67% with 5 cases of complications， and the incidence of complications in the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization time and blood glucose level of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group， and the result was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing is very important for patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus. It can improve the curative effect and reduce the incidence of complications. It should be popularized in clinical practice.

糖尿病是臨床常见的慢性疾病。近年来，我国糖尿病人群不断呈增高趋势，据报道显示[1]，我国18岁以上成人糖尿病患病率达11.6%。糖尿病可导致患者抵抗力和免疫力降低，同时增加其他病症并发症的发生机率和治疗风险。胃癌是当今社会恶性肿瘤疾病中较为常见的一种，据调查[2]，我国胃癌发病率占全世界的42%左右，每年发病约40万例，每年因胃癌而死亡的人数约30万。该次该院就胃癌合并糖尿病患者进行了研究分析，探讨围手术期护理方式和效果，选取了60例该院的糖尿病合并胃癌患者进行分析，对照组使用常规护理，实验组使用围手术期针对性护理，护理后，观察血糖水平，并发症情况，住院时间等，对结果进行统计分析，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
根据该院2012年2月—2015年2月接收的60例胃癌合并糖尿病患者进行分析，将患者分成实验组和对照组。两组患者均满足2型糖尿病诊断依据，经胃镜活检确诊为胃癌，患者最小45岁，最大67岁，平均(53.76±7.24)岁，男性患者14例，女性患者16例。对照组患者最小46岁，最大68岁，平均(54.07±7.33)岁，有男性15例，女性15例。两组患者的一般性资料对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，能够进行对比分析。, 百拇医药(苏永平)
