膳食纤维食品在糖尿病患者中的研究应用(1)
[摘要] 膳食纤维食品属于功能性食品,而且在食品中的应用范围正在不断拓宽,根据以往的临床研究表明,膳食纤维由于自身的功能性在生理及医疗功能方面显现出极强的优势性,具体表现为平衡胰岛素及血糖,防治糖尿病,因而在糖尿病患者食品中得到了非常广泛的应用,该文中借以展开论述,充分阐述糖尿病患者食品中运用膳食纤维的重要性。[关键词] 膳食纤维;糖尿病患者;食品应用
