[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 从该院于2016年6月—2017年6月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者中抽选86例作为研究对象。随机分组：对照组43例，采用常规西医治疗；观察组43例，采用中西医结合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率(90.70%)明显高于对照组(69.77%)，运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度明显高于对照组，结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医结合治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效良好，值得推广使用。
