[摘要] 目的 观察临床对糖尿病、冠心病患者实施多样性护理效果。 方法 选取2013年5月—2017年5月期间入院行糖尿病、冠心病治疗的65例患者为该次研究对象，根据护理方式不同分为两组，对照组31例(常规护理)、观察组34例(多样性护理)，对比不同护理模式患者治疗依从性差异，评估经不同护理后患者疾病治疗效果，统计治疗期间并发症情况以及治疗前后患者血糖变化。 结果 观察组预防并发症效果好、疗效理想、血糖降低好，且患者治疗依从性高(P<0.05)。结论 多样性护理干预在临床糖尿病、冠心病疾病治疗中能有效提高患者治疗依从性，提高疾病治疗效果、预防并发症发生。
