[摘要] 目的 分析综合护理对老年糖尿病慢性并发症患者的影响。方法 选择养老机构中2017年4月—2018年3月间接受治疗的60例老年糖尿病慢性并发症患者作为研究对象，通过计算机随机分组方案，将所有患者分为两组，分别命名为对照组和实验组，每组中均包含30例患者。对照组患者使用常规护理方式，实验组患者实施综合护理，对比两组患者的治疗有效率。结果 实验结果显示，实验组患者的治疗有效率较对照组明显更优，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将综合护理应用于老年糖尿病慢性并发症中，能有效提高患者的治疗效果，是一种有效的护理方案，值得推广使用。
