[摘要] 目的 探究分析妊娠期糖尿病患者出现低血糖反应的主要原因，并根据引发原因制定相对应的预防和护理对策。方法 回顾分析2017年4月—2018年4月在该院接受治疗的出现低血糖反应的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床诊治资料进行回顾分析，了解低血糖反应出现的具体原因，并制定相应的预防和护理对策。结果 导致妊娠期糖尿病患者出现低血糖反应的主要原因有药物因素、激素因素、生活方式等。结论 针对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施针对性的预防和护理干预，能够降低低血糖反应发生的几率，确保母婴安全。
