[摘要] 目的 分析影响老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的因素。方法 以该院2016年4月—2018年4月期间收治的60例老年2型糖尿病患者为例，采用回顾性分析方法，以动态血糖监测方法观察患者的血糖波动情况。通过分析患者的临床资料，观察患者的血糖波动情况，总结影响血糖波动的相关因素。结果 性别、年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白水平等因素是影响老年2型糖尿病患者血糖波动的重要因素。女性、年龄超过65岁、病程超过3年、糖化血红蛋白值超过8%的患者MAGE指标显著高于男性、年龄在65岁以下、病程在3年以下、糖化血红蛋白值在8%以下的患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于老年2型糖尿病患者而言，血糖的波动与性别、年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白水平等因素相关，针对存在危险因素的患者要注意采取相关措施，注意血糖波动。
