[摘要] 目的 探讨经椎旁肌间隙入路治疗糖尿病合并胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法 选取该科2016年2月—2018年2月收治的糖尿病合并胸腰椎骨折患者56例，随机分为2组各28例，观察组采用经椎旁肌间隙入路手术，对照组采用传统后正中入路手术。 结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、FPG及VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组优良率为92.9%，明显优于对照组78.6%(P<0.05)。 结论 经椎旁肌间隙入路治疗糖尿病合并胸腰椎骨折创伤小，能有效减轻疼痛感，控制血糖，促进术后恢复。
