[摘要] 目的 观察尼可地尔治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病的临床效果。方法 选取2017年9月—2018年10月在该院治疗的冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者，共计66例，按照随机抽样的方式进行分组研究，33例对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯，33例研究组予以尼可地尔，对比两组的心绞痛临床疗效、头痛发生率以及临床指标(餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖)。 结果 治療后，研究组在心绞痛临床有效率和头痛发生率上均优于对照组(P<0.05);而两组的餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖结果显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 冠心病稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者选择尼可地尔治疗效果更好。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of nicorandil in the treatment of stable angina pectoris complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 66 patients with stable angina pectoris and diabetes mellitus were enrolled in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018.
