[摘要] 目的 探讨手法复位小夹板固定治疗糖尿病合并桡骨远端骨折患者的效果。方法 选取该科2017年6月—2018年6月收治的糖尿病合并桡骨远端骨折患者28例，随机分为2组，各14例，观察组采用法复位小夹板固定，对照组采用切开复位内固定，比较效果。结果 观察组优良率为85.7%，明显优于对照组71.4%(P<0.05);两组FPG、2 hPG 比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并桡骨远端骨折患者采用手法复位小夹板固定，有利于腕关节功能恢复，加快骨折愈合。
