[摘要] 目的 探讨标准大骨瓣减压术治疗糖尿病合并重型颅脑损伤的效果。方法 选取该科2016年5月—2018年5月收治的糖尿病合并重型颅脑损伤患者78例，随机分为两组，各39例，观察组采用标准大骨瓣减压术，对照组采用常规大骨瓣减压术。结果 观察组良好率51.3%显著高于对照组，死亡率7.7%显著低于对照组(P<0.05);FPG及并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病合并重型颅脑损伤患者采取标准大骨瓣减压术，可有效降低术后继发脑损伤，改善预后。
