[摘要] 目的 分析不同孕周起始应用胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病对妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2017年2月—2018年8月医院收治的76例妊娠期糖尿病患者，根据患者应用胰岛素治疗时间分为观察组(妊娠32周之前)与对照组(妊娠32周之后)，其中观察组有34例，对照组有42例。观察两组患者治疗前后血糖控制情况，并比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果 两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均得到明显改善，两组患者组间比较差异无统计学意义;观察组巨大儿及胎儿宫内窘迫发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，但在其他方面的差异无统计学意义。结论 早期应用胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病能够降低新生儿并发症的发生率，因此需要做好产前检查，尽早发现、尽早治疗。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of starting insulin therapy on pregnancy outcome in different gestational weeks.
