[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜与开腹治疗糖尿病合并结肠癌的效果。方法 选取该科2016年6月—2018年6月收治的52例糖尿病合并结肠癌患者，随机分为两组，各26例，观察组采用腹腔镜手术，对照组采用开腹手术。结果 两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组FPG、出血量、排气时间、住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.7%，显著低于对照组34.6%(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜治疗糖尿病合并结肠癌效果显著，有利于血糖控制，减少并发症，促进患者恢复。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery on diabetes mellitus complicated with colon cancer. Methods A total of 52 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with colon cancer admitted to our department from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 26 patients each.
