[摘要] 目的 探讨血管内超声指导下介入治疗糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变的效果。方法 选取该科2017年4月—2018年4月收治的糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变患者54例，随机分为两组各27例，观察组采用IVUS指导PCI治疗，对照组采用CAG指导PCI治疗。结果 观察组FPG、2 hPG显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心脏不良事件发生率为7.4%，显著低于对照组33.3%(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并冠脉左主干病变患者行IVUS指导下介入治疗，有助于提高手术效果，减少术后心脏不良事件。
