[摘要] 目的 对比分析不同护理方法对糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者口腔治疗的效果。 方法 随机选取2017年2月—2018年5月期间于该院口腔科就诊的糖尿病伴牙周炎患者54例，将其随机分为实验组与对照组，各27例。其中对照组给与常规护理办法，实验组采用综合护理办法，对比两组护理效果。结果 经治疗及护理后，两组患者牙菌斑指数、出血指数均显著下降，实验组较对照组下降更明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施综合护理干预可有效改善糖尿病伴慢性牙周炎患者的牙周状况，提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。
