[摘要] 目的 探析社区护理干预对改善糖尿病患者遵医率及血糖控制的临床效果。方法 搜集于2016年7月—2018年12月期间在该院接受治疗的52例糖尿病患者作为重点研究对象，并按照护理计划分成参照组(未实施任何干预)及实验组(社区护理干预)，且每组等分成26例。对所有糖尿病患者出院随访后的遵医率及血糖控制的应用效果进行观察与比对，并予以总结。结果 实验组定期复查、饮食控制、服用情况等总遵医率情况，均较参照组更为突出，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组出院后的FPC、2 hPG指標水平情况，较参照组血糖情况改善更佳，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 社区护理干预对改善糖尿病患者的遵医率及血糖控制的临床效果确切，具有重要的应用价值。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effects of community nursing intervention on improving the compliance rate and blood glucose control of diabetic patients.
