[摘要] 目的 探讨在糖尿病患者诊断中采取常规检验或生化检验的临床价值。 方法 选取2017年6月—2018年10月收治患者98例对照组患者均实施常规检验方式，观察组患者则采取生化检验，比较两组的检验有效率。结果 观察组患者检验有效率为97.96%，而对照组患者检验有效率为85.71%(P<0.05)。 结论 在糖尿病患者诊断中采取生化检验的有效率较常规检验显著更高，生化检验有助于提高检验准确率，可作为糖尿病患者诊断检验的优选方式应用并推广。
