[摘要] 目的 探究糖尿病专科门诊护理对糖尿病患者生活方式及血糖水平控制的影响。 方法 选取2018年2—8月在该院进行糖尿病治疗的120例患者，将其随机分为研究组及常规组，常规组行常规护理，研究组行糖尿病专科门诊护理，比较两组患者血糖水平。 结果 研究组生活行为优于常规组(P<0.05);干预后，其血糖均有所降低，且研究组患者FBG、2 hPBG及HbA1c水平分别为(6.71±0.75)mmol/L、(8.49±1.14)mmol/L及(5.71±0.68)%，均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者采取糖尿病专科门诊护理干预，能够有效改善其生活方式，并能够显著提高其血糖控制水平，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of diabetes specialist outpatient care on lifestyle and blood glucose control in diabetic patients.
