[摘要] 目的 分析麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病合并冠心病患者疗效。方法 选该院2017年11月—2018年4月120例糖尿病合并冠心病心病患者分为两组，对照组常规治疗，观察组加用麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗。结果 治疗后观察组左心室射血能力、血浆BNP优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 麝香保心丸结合曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病合并冠心病疗效显著，可显著改善心功能。
