[摘要] 目的 探讨综合性康复护理在老年急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。 方法 采集2016年2月—2018年2月74例老年急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者，數字随机抽取分成观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用综合性康复护理，对比两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)值与生活质量。 结果 与对照组进行对比，观察组护理后FBG、2 hPG、HbAlc水平均明显降低，生活质量评分明显提升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 综合性康复护理在老年急性心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著，可改善患者血糖值，提高生活质量，值得推广使用。
