[摘要] 目的 分析中年体检人群中糖尿病患者焦虑和抑郁发生特点。方法 采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对2018年1—12月间于该院体检中心体检的116例糖尿病患者进行焦虑和抑郁状态评估，并将其测评结果与其相匹配的116名健康对照者进行比较。结果 病例组患者与对照组相比，焦虑患者的比例以及焦虑合并抑郁的患者比例明显增高，差异有统计学意义;病例组患者抑郁的比例的虽有一定程度升高，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中年糖尿病患者较健康人群相比存在不同程度的焦虑，应尽早给予有针对性的干预，以提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。
