[摘要] 目的 探讨全程健康教育模式对糖尿病护理质量及患者血糖水平影响。方法 选取该院2016年1月—2018年1月收治的84例糖尿病患者，随机分为两组，对照组(n=42)接受常规护理，观察组(n=42)接受全程健康教育，对比两组患者DSES评分和血糖水平。DSES评分包括6个维度，分值26～130分，得分越低越好。结果 观察组DSES评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖水平明显低于对照组血糖水平，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程健康教育模式对糖尿病护理质量有显著提升作用，对患者血糖水平的控制具有积极影响作用。
