[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施多样性护理的应用效果。方法 选择2018年1—12月该院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者90例，按随机数表法分为两组，各45例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施多样性护理。对比两组干预1个月后血糖控制水平及治疗效果。结果 观察组干预后空腹、餐后2 h血糖控制水平及治疗效果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多样性护理可改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血糖水平，提升临床治疗效果。
