[摘要] 目的 研究多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者发生妊娠期糖尿病风险。方法 选取两家医院在2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的100例PCOS并受孕患者作为研究组，选取同期收治的100名正常孕妇作为对照组，对两组患者分别进行妊娠期糖尿病诊断、妊娠糖耐量减低诊断，PCOS诊断，比较诊断指标。结果 经口服葡萄糖耐量试验，研究组患者空腹血糖、第1 、2 、3小时血糖均高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，研究患者妊娠期糖尿病以及妊娠期糖耐量减低发生率均高于对照组，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者发生妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期糖耐量减低风险较高，应当采取产前检查与治疗措施，避免影响母婴健康。
