[摘要] 目的 观察糖尿病足换药护理中运用湿性敷料与传统换药临床效果。方法 2015年2月—2018年2月间选取该院收治的100例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组50例，对照组采用传统换药进行换药护理，研究组采取湿性敷料进行换药护理。比较两组护理效果和患者满意度。结果 研究组显效、有效和总有效率均优于对照组，无效例数少于对照组，研究组的非常满意例数和基本满意例数均多于对照组，不满意例数少于对照组，组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病足患者采取湿性敷料换药护理效果明显，缓解患者的疼痛程度，提高患者的满意度，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of using wet dressing and traditional dressing change in diabetic foot dressing care.
