[摘要] 目的 研究分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血小板、凝血功能状态。方法 把该院2017年9月—2018年8月收治的40例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇和40名健康孕妇分别作为实验组和对照组两个组别。分别检测比较两组孕妇血小板4项与凝血5项。结果 实验组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇与健康组孕妇的Plt、MPV、PCT、PDW结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，TT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而PT、INR、APTT及FIB差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇血小板、凝血功能与健康孕妇差异显著。
