油酰乙醇胺对糖尿病大鼠脑内炎性因子及神经相关因子表达的影响(3)
綜上所述,结果显示OEA具有抑制糖尿病后海马内炎症因子分泌,调节神经可塑性的作用,而这些作用与糖尿病脑病的进程和发展息息相关,因此推测OEA是一种具有减轻糖尿病引起的认知功能缺陷的潜力的神经保护制剂,可用于糖尿病脑病药物的研究。
